New! The Connection Manager now has a menu (which is likely how you landed here) but, the most exciting part of it is the ability to chat with a technician to pass along a specific request or whatever else you may need to communicate to us.
Status Box. This will tell you the current status of your connection. The three options here are:
Disconnected
Connected
Retrying… (This appears when the program detects you have no internet connection. The program will keep trying every 5 minutes for 2 hours. If it has not connected by then the program will close by itself.
Action Button. (The button will be labeled Connect when you are disconnected and Disconnect when you are connected.)
